Adam Wes Academics is rapidly spreading across the nation as a premier in-home math and science tutoring service. Our tutors receive among the highest compensation rates in the industry, earning as much as $3,500 dollars a month. A core philosophy of Adam Wes Academics is to invest heavily in a handful of exceptional tutors who can grow within the company. Guided by our program and support team, our tutors are given the tools, resources, and guidance to build their own booming business within the Adam Wes Academics infrastructure.

  • Tutoring takes place at student's homes, or student's preferred location
  • Tutors are sent new students on a regular basis, this process is administered by your Director of Academic Services
  • Tutors log into our website to manage their students
  • Students are billed and tutors are paid at rates set by Adam Wes Academics


Qualified candidates:

  • Have excellent social skills
  • Have excellent sales skills
  • Have advanced degrees in the fields of math and/or science OR are teachers or professors in the fields of math and/or science
  • Are willing to travel for 30 minutes (one-way) to a student's home
  • Are available to work 20 hours a week at our exceptional rates
  • Are available to work for a minimum of one year
  • Are at least 21 years of age and legally able to work in the United States
  • Must speak English fluently and clearly
  • Must pass a background check

Candidates chosen for interview will be tested on the math and/or science subjects they would like to tutor at the high school and college levels. Excellent social skills will be weighted equally with subject knowledge.
